Andy, sorry to hear this mate. I have been giving the car forums a swerve since xmas and concentrating on getting some work in. I log on today and read this. I had a similar outlook as you when mine got shunted, gutted at first but like you im in my prime and find more important things in life to worry about.

Knowing Andy he's probably already planing the the details of the battleship v2.0 (now that the insurance have given the nod). This will probably be a good oppertunity to get some nice new kit pieces and add some nice mods just in time for the shows. In my experience this is the fun part. I'm actually quite envious, my car hasn't had much new this yr, to make major changes i have to scrap good work from last yr, which seems daft in times of darkest recession and all!

Well it must be catching cleared off from devon early friday to get home, got as far as J15 on the M5 when i stuffed the skoda up tha arse of a focus C max oops thank god i was not in the supra lol, all passengers unhurt just my pride dented big time.

Easy it's a VRS Diesel more torque than u can shake a stick at, good news all passengers healthy and only 4k damage to the car.

Took the GTR in for the optiflex alignment test today..........results of this will dictate wether or not repairs to the bodywork can commence........

Steve at Silverline rang yesterday to inform me the insurance company had been on the blower........seems like a repair will go ahead........
