Being the lightest iv'e been in at least 15 years......i was a miniscule 13st 2lbs this morning,as opposed to around 16st when i was on the heavy weights....i feel much better for it, and although i have lost a lot of muscle over the years,i feel at my age it is much better and healthier for me to have a leaner rather than bulky look....i am going to try to get below 12st if possible...
