My New Corolla

brought some new winter wheels for the car just need to give them a quick paint and a set of tyres by rising sun. nothin special just a cheap set of wolfrace replicas

couldnt afford mintys wheels in the end so brought these, gettin them powder coated and new tyres on - hopefully for rising sun and they - eventually when i decide/have the cash for some proper jdm alloys these will solely become my winter wheels, they were a bargain £72 off ebay and one of the lads at work can get them sand blasted and powder coated free of charge so just gotta get the rubber now - part worns i think for now

arnt they all balanced when the tyres are fitted? ive checked they are all straight and free from major damage.

will double check first then mate, will they be able to tell me at chevron when they take the tyres off?

wheels are now back from the shot blasters and en - route to the powder coaters to be finished asap and ready for rising sun

they have a few marks left in them but hopefully being black they wont show up when finished

wheels are now back from the powder coaters, thay are satin black, the finish isnt great but its good enough to get thru this show season and then eventually just to be used as winter wheels, plus they were done for free so cant complain



also got a pair of rear bumper skirts from toyota, just need the skirts and grille now and then save for my re spray and fitting

After a long day of extreme cleanin here are the results, and the wheels look pretty cool a little stealth like i think
after a long cold salt filled winter i decided to clean all the arches and suspension up

the winter took its toll on my cow mascot so i got a new one its a pokemon blastoise



also as long as there is a good enough signal at car shows we will be able to keep up with F1 etc as i now have a digital tv box

well its been a while since i have really done anything with the corolla and after a month or so of deciding wether or not to sell the car i have decided against the idea and am going to keep it as i cant find a single thing i dont like about it, as everyone who was at rotorstock knows i have now fitted the front lip and love the way it looks heres a few pics before it was painted
