Run about car - if anyone knows of one going?

I know of a laguna that needs taxing but he would accept £150 for it.

Oh and a mitsubishi carisma down south, no pics but here's the description:
The car is a Mitsubishi Carisma GLX GDi, R168 OTT, 1998 in metallic silver. This is the 5 door version and has the usual \"Jap\"extras consisting of Aircon, PAS, central locking, front electric windows, electric mirrors, ABS, trip computer, airbags etc. The car has covered 117k miles but still drives well and pulls strongly. With 2 up and mixed roads the car returns an average 35-40mpg. On a run at a constant 70mph the return can be as high as 40-50 to the gallon. The car is spacious inside and has a large boot.

The bodywork is sound although the roof has a few scratches on it which I do believe have been caused by previous owners being a bit care free with roof racks etc. However since owning the car a year ago I have had the cambelt changed, the fuel filter, air filter, plugs and oil and filter changed. I also had the exhaust replaced (cat back) but a standard item was fitted. The car has 10 months MOT and a month or 2 of Tax and I am looking for £575 ONO

the laguna is in my price bracket but it's a 2.0l and I need something really cheap as I do a 50 mile round trip each day to work

the mitsi seems ok but a bit expensive for me at the moment

not much of a budget as I'm skint

Yeah but only an 8 valve and standard. I found I used more fuel in my 1 litre micra than my 1.6 almera as I had my foot down all the time trying to keep up with everyone. My mondeo is a 2 litre and fine on economy! Its in redditch too so not too far.

Nah cos I had the flux capacitor, when I hit 88mph just went back in time, so I went back and instead of letting the cops see me, I shot them, stole their helmet, defecated in it, then sent it to his grieving wife, then stole it again.
