V register ??

Hiya, im after your opinions please.<br>Would you buy a car if it was on the V register? Im not exactly sure what all this means (all i see is its black, tt, 1994, leather & UK car & 64000 miles) he's owned car for 3yrs & few months. Has history from when he's owned it, totota services etc. :<br><br>

Not sure what the V register is ?? ???<br><br>Its not V reg ? is it ? <br>mk V / 5 ?<br>Or it has a V5 form ? <br><br><br>Dave

well ive spoke to a few peole today and we have come up with the following options&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

• stolen and recovered vehical&lt;br&gt;

&lt;br&gt;

• written off and rebuilt vehical&lt;br&gt;

&lt;br&gt;

• Irish plate re registered in this contry&lt;br&gt;

&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jim

a VCAR is Vehicle Condition Alert Registered vehicle (insurance write-off)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;if its bin rebuilt properly then it should be ok and you could get the car u want cheap but its gotta be well looked at b4 u decide to buy&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;hope this helps&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jim
