The chassis isnt the problem
max BHP on standard ECU,Inectors,Air Flow Meter is around 350HP,
Then its Turbo
Then its gearbox
Then its Gearbox Casing ( at this stage your in the 10's 1/4 mile )

That is quite an interesting question! I'd hazard a guess and say the pulsar chasis can run no more than say 600-700bhp without strengthening? Just a complete guestimate really. 400-500bhp is not a problem.
