Logging In

every time i load the forum up i get a message from the anti virus software saying it has blocked a potentially malicious site. anyone else get this as it hppens on both my lap top and the pc at work

No problems here, either at work or at home. Maybe you're getting a false positive from your virus killer, try updating the definitions.

Ok I have checked the site, the home page. The add on that blocks spam had been disactivated automatically because they have introduced a payment system so you now pay to use the plugin on high volume sites. This meant a build up of spam (75 Spam coments) on the main page which would explain the anti virus software picking it up. I have created a new account for the spam protection for the site and I have deleted the spam comments, I can now view the site fine. There was also a necessary update to the site needed, now done.

I will also mention that I cannot view the site properly within internet explorer and I suspect that is because it's old and crap and the blogging software used for the main page has been developed beyond internet explorer - if you have trouble use google chrome (i do and it's fine) or Mozilla.
