Garage choice!

I have always taken the Rex to WGT in Middlewich. Mainly because they have a very good reputation and are known to be rotary engine specialists. However, they have had my car for over three weeks now as the Oil Metering Pump I supplied was no good and the car isn't driveable without it! I asked Pip if he could source one for me which he said he could. I have tried to contact him to find out what is happening but have had no reply to my calls and emails! I have managed to find another pump from a reputable company, which is known to be good. I want to know whether or not he has sourced one. If he has then fine, get it fitted, if not, I can send the one I have and he can fit that one! I'm beginning to lose my patience and I'm considering going up there to collect my car and take it elsewhere! There is another place in Queensferry, which is slightly further but a friend takes their Rex there and recommends them. However, their reputation isn't quite as good, and I've read a few dodgy reports on them on a couple of different forums.

So the problem is, do I stick it out with WGT, or do I turn up, collect my car, pay what I owe, and take it to Queensferry?? How long should I give them and would I be right to just turn up and collect my car??

Sods law. The day after this post he rang me and explained what had been going on. He's been on holiday and had staff off sick so has ended up snowed under since he's been back! All being sorted now and should be done by the end of next week hopefully!!
