this was sitting outside my g/fs nextdoor neighbours tonight when i came out
i know its a toyota levin but whats the model? dont think i've seen 1 before

I like em.........good rarity factor..........think they have 6 speed box's,and are fairly quick.........

also came in a supercharged incarnation too i believe

As tommo said its a AE111, But unfortunatly it did'nt ever come as standard with a supercharger.

It did however come with 6 engine choices (various markets)

1. 4A-GE (1.6l) - 20v 158bhp (Silvertop) or the Uber Rare (dribble) 20v 165bhp (Blacktop).. = Awesome
2. 4A-FE (1.6l) - 16v 115bhp = Shite
3. 5A-FE (1.5l) - 16v 100bhp = Shite
4. 4E-FE (1.4l) - 16v 88bhp = Shite
5. Diesel Engine (cant be arsed to write more) = Utterly Shite
6. Diesel Engine (cant be arsed to write more) = Utterly Shite


the 4A-GZE (Supercharged) engine was only fitted in these cars -

AW11 MR-2
AE92 Sprinter/Corolla (Japan only)
AE101 Sprinter/Corolla (Japan only)


They are a pretty good car, the engine of choice is the 1.6l 4A-GE Blacktop.. 165bhp from a 1.6l = . They also have VVTL and you can rev the absoulte nuts off them and they love it... in Japan they are revving them up to silly RPM's (we are talking Bike Territory and behond here .... 22,000rpm was the highest i heard)

Dude i'm going to have to take you out on the piss.........you have developed "Toyota-isis"........this derives from spending way too much time in the self indulgence of too many things Toyota........you shouldn't know all this information on Levin's.....it's not healthy......you need to see the "Nissan Doctors" on the site to effect a remedy.......suggest a quick blast in my GTR or Dave's Pulsar for starters....followed by large lashings of Ikarus's 350Z,ending on a run around the track in Tommoguchi's GTI.....this should help somewhat in the iradication of of this most unfortunate malady.......
