well as most of you have seen the arches on the prelude are pretty scabby
a few months back i went to bpdy panache in stafford as reccomended by a few ppl on here
i got a quote of around £2500 to sort the rust and respray which i thought was a bit on the expensive side
so last weekend as reccomened by some others on here i went to try body matters as they were supposed to be reasonably priced
got the quote today and they said rather than cut and weld the arches, they would replace the rear quarter panels completly they phoned Honda and they wanted £450 per quarter panel
so they said to replace those it would be £1300 per side, so a total of £2600.
they said to do the whole car (fit lip kit & respray) i would be looking at close on £4000!
so now i'm in the thoughts of if i can find anyone else, or think of scrapping the car and starting over
any thoughts would be welcome

Bodge the repair yourself, sand it smooth, then take it to a cheap bodyshop for a £500 blow over.
This is a cheap blow over in 2 pack paint (Not the illegal kind)
