hey all long time no speak, how u all bin? hope oyu had a good xmas and new year?

been away from the scene for awhile as ive had to sort my life out, split with my partner of 9 years and have a 2 yearold so had to get priorities in order.
still got my red beast unfortunatly shes a little poorly as the big ends have started to knock, im guessing due to weak oil pump so rather than risk further damage she is tucked away in the garage whilst i save to forge rebuild.

in the meantime ive gone german and bought a nice Gold mk4 Gti turbo and ive gotta say i love her!!! shes standard apart from an ecu remap at Rtech and ive just debadged the front and put a stumpy aerial on.

gutted about the MR2 as well, not long came back from steves has it?

yeah it was a week later when it started to knock, just bad luck i guess but ive been on and off about forging for the past year so now i have to hehe. going to keep it simple though, just pistons, rods, uprated bearings and washers, arp bolts etc. head i think im going to keep stock and just rebuild with new valve seals etc.

also would like some advice on what make of injectors to go for. ive got a new Sard Topfeed rail in the garage that i bought ages ago so thinking 850cc's? but ive heard that theres been problems with Sard injectors.
