Dakar 2010..........

Today is the start of the most awesome race in the World.........nevermind WRC.....this race sorts the men from the boys ...or the women from the girls......
Been scanning the net for last 24 hrs to watch vids etc......
The "Monster" and "Chile" Hummers are awesome machines......i love these things,very Mad-Max........
Check it out if you can......there are a huge number of classes all racing together,from Motorbikes/Quads to eight wheel drive trucks.....some of the purpose built Buggy's are awesome.............
Makes me want to roll the Vehi-Cross up to the start line....

If anyone is interested the review of the 2009 event is on Eurosport at 7.00pm.......
Eurosport is also showing the start of the the 2010 event at 11.00pm as well.............there are some Bowlers competeing so there is a bit of local interest...........

god dam not got eurosport will have to check youtube over the weekend

Some fantastic pictures there Dave............Don't know if anyone on here followed it's progress......but if they did they were in for a treat.Th terrain was awsome creating some astonishing racing......i still maintain this is the best motorsport event on the Planet.......I followed it's progress on the TV and on the net,checking updates and footage Daily......I would love to compete one day...!!!.......who knows....!!!!.....
