Virtual racing.........

What happened to the virtual race thingy we did when we were trying to prove the best handling cars on certain circuits.........i seem to remember Tommo-Stig racing a 350z against an S2000 around Suzuka to see which was the faster,after a pub debate.........i think the 350 won but can't be sure.......
Any other suggestions.........could be interesting.........

How about an Integra vs a Boxster.........

right, so after a long week at work im having a lazy day and took the opportunity to test out mr G's suggestions. Gran Turismo 4 or 5 doesnt have the classic integra or boxter so i used Forza Motorsport1 on xbox1. i was using standard cars, standard tires, traction control off, abs on. i used the 98 honda integra (195bhp) and the porsche boxter S (258bhp) and ran 5 laps each on tsukuba, each time my best lap was no. 2 or 3.

- 98 honda integra typeR - 1.04.235
- porsche boxter S - 1.02.841

then i decided to even the playing field as the standard boxter (201bhp) isnt on the game. so i gave the integra an exhaust and tune up to 255bhp. new times were then:

- porsche boxter S (258bhp) - 1.02.841
- honda integra type R (255bhp) - 1.01.557

boxter felt more stable but the tuned integra was quicker in a straight line. weight i presume. tuned integra was very skittish though. a lot more stable standard. yes i am a sad case, but i love my cars so im gonna do this properly

next suggestion?

How about an R32GTR against an NSX.........

easy r32 all day long

did the nsx-r time in about 7 laps as after 5 i knew i could go quicker, in the gtr i gave up with that as my quickest after 16 laps!

nsx-r felt quicker in a straight line but a little more unsteady in the tighter bends

remember though its only a game lol

Thought that might be the result.........people don't give NSX's enough credit.......
