Hello fellow Jap heads!!

Just thought I'd come and say hi. I've just registered on the site as I've been looking for a local Jap club for a while now.

I live in a town called Leek, it's about 11 miles from Stoke-on-Trent. I currently own a Mazda RX7, Type RZ. The girlfriend has a Honda Civic Sport which I constantly pinch during the winter months when the Rex is off the road!!

Speaking of which, she should be legal and ready to drive in the next week or two, (the Rex not the girlfriend!!), so should be able to make it to a meet or two, shifts permitting!

Well, all that's left is a few pics of her I suppose!! Enjoy!!

Cheers guys, like I say, as long as my shifts work in I should be able to get to a few meets. Stone isn't that far if the weekly meets are still on!

Hello dude, unfortunately our club isn't the busiest in the world however we make up for it in the fact we are very close knit. We meet up in Stone every thursday for a pint and a chat so if your feeling brave your more than welcome to pop down!

I see you have a JapMids sticker on ya car, did they have a problem with the forum crashing or sumthing ?

Basically, one of the owners moved down south and handed it over to the other. Then the guy that was looking after the internet side of it moved away too and the forum owner doesn't have the skills to sort anything in the computer/internet side so it has basically been spammed to death and now no longer functions!! Shame really, it was a good club and I made a few good mates at the meets and shows we attended!!!

Sounds good, I have another friend who lives locally and also owns an RX7. I'm trying to get them sign up too!

How do mate and welcome abroad.

I will be handed the site from the current owner very shortly and as the guys said it's not the busiest site at the moment but I will be looking at rectifying that once the hand over is complete!

Thanks for all the welcomes. I may be able to get some of the old Japmid crew to sign up if I can get in touch with them. Also, if you have any kind of flyer design someone could email me, I can print some off and get do a bit of promo round my end!! There are a few nice Jap motors I see knocking about. Happy to help out if I can!

I will be designing some flyers over the weekend because I will want some to take to the shows this year!

When I have the design nailed down I will put a post up on the forum to take peoples opinions!

Just need to re encourage people to get back on the forum!
