Following the Tofu disscusion in the pub and your obsession with everything Intial D,

Explanation of Tofu –

Tofu is a Cheese like food that is made from bean curd.
Been curd is made by using the milky liquid processed from Soya Beans.
The Soybean liquid is then typically Coagulated by using either Nigari, which is a natural component of sea water, primarily made from magnesium chloride, or Gypsum, a natural earth mineral, primarily calcium sulphate.

There are many variants of Tofu, some are different by purely which country makes it, In Japan Tofu is made by using Nigari to curdle the soybean Liquid (thus making the Tofu Firm and Tender, Looking Cake Like), but in China they mainly use Gypsum to curdle the Liquid (thus making the Tofu Creamier and Softer).

Tofu is stored in water to keep fresh, and will last 7 days refrigerated.

Tofu is extremely delicate, so drifting the delivery vehicle could cause disintegration of the tofu, thus spoiling it. (Al a Initial D ;D)
