most of these dont deserve a reply and you're not wity enough to have thought them up (plus they're blatantly written by an american!) but here's what i think to some of them...

on the 2 cents and the penny, surely thats the exchange rate at current;
heaven doesn't exist, its just a security blanket;
pizza is in a square box to leave room for crust dips in the corners;
luggage designers aren't as clever as scientists;
when i was a baby i slept through the night;
people are shallow and prefer looking at semi-naked women and don't give a toss about politics;
mmmm i like milk;
my dad likes burnt, sorry cremated, toast;
goofy obviously i to stupid to realise theres a natural order to these things;
of course blind people dream! they still have brains;
this american has never heard of euro disney;
yes lots of nursery rhymes re-use tunes, its easier on the little kiddies;
i like to sing;
