Its a carbon fibre one

pulled my finger out this morning and got a blacked indicator sorted for the driver side, many thanks to corbs for supplying of indicatorage. i managed to split it paint it and put it back together with no major mishaps this time as well lol also doing a bit of rep for opie oils as im a freebie whore. vinyls are not staying on long hence puttin them on the rusty door...

right i have updated my AOC thread with a few bits and i thought it was only right to spam, erm, sorry, i mean update this one

something has been grinding on the front end recently, appears to be this lip that has formed on the inside of both front discs...



also had it reversed into over xmas, not good, legend of corbs to the rescue with a new door. needs a good wash when we swapify da doorzors...



also made a quick video yesterday, mainly as a test to see if i could get videos on youtube off my phone, but also a good opportunity to whore out my car again, listen to the bangs between gears!!!!!!111!!!one!!!11!!eleven!

no grinding as yet, and im hoping the mintex discs n pads will not wear randomly like whatever edgingtons put on it when i brought it.....

Hope this sorts it Tom.........Nothing noticeable when you had a look round then..........?

i saw the lip that had formed first time i looked, but didnt think it could have been that. now ive changed the brakes i can see why it may have made the sound it did. that lip thats formed is probably a couple of mm deep and about quarter inch wide. as you can see from the picture. plus that lip is rusty which would have caused the grindy sound on braking....

Anything getting warm/hot.........??

not as i can tell..... think this has cured the grinding noise anyway...
