We need to all get together over this one as well.......what are we taking/setting up.......Gazebo,generator,lighting,sounds,BBQ's etc.....we need to be a bit more organised this year.....are we going to use a proper support vehicle or can we all carry enough bits and bobs to do it.....?????
Also what do we have in the club fund/do we use any for this event....???
Ideas/views would be appreciated......i know Tommo is organising the pitch,so i suggest everyone involved or who is going cough up the readys so as he isn't out of pocket.....

Was gonna ask when the dosh was needed for this. I WILL make it to a meet or two before we go, would like to meet you guys before the show. Just got to get my grading out the way, hopefully in the next few weeks, and then I can make some time for me instead of training all the time!!

Well there's been a bit of a balls up with the dates of a family event. It turns out that it clashes with the JAE weekend. I'm really loathe to miss my weekend immersed in all things Jap and automotive, but if I don't, my family, and girlfriend, will make my life hell!! Gonna have to try and figure out a way of getting the best of both!! Not impressed!!

I feel a bit gulity now. The last club I was with collapsed due to dwindling numbers, so I completely understand what Pabz was saying in his post. I fully intended to come along but the family do was arranged around my shifts and I agreed without even thinking about it! I don't want to see anyone out of the pocket so if needs be I'll pay towards the deposit for the stand.

You dont owe anything matey, i'll get my cash back off the people who attend and use the facilities. The main reason i didnt book tickets was so it allowed people to drop out if they had to

Fair enough mate. It's been a shit couple of years for me regarding shows. Japmids collapsed last year and meant the odd show I did attend were as solo flyer without a club. This year I've just had too many other monetary and time commitments. I will have more time and money next year, and hopefully later this year, and will be making an effort to get more involved with the club, and finally get to know you guys!
