just want to say a MAHUSIVE thankyou to tommo for arranging the stand... was fantastic!!!!
and just sayin sorry for bein erm... 30mins? late lol... but hey tractors will be tractors lol......

we left watford gap and started going down the M1 with the almearas, then we finally caught up with tommo and co.. drive was great till we got to MK, bit of a stand still for about 5-10 mins but then we were on our way again :). then we got to luton... 50mph speed limit with cameras and there were cars cutting up cars lorries cuttin up lorries.. mmm that was fun! lol. got towards M25 slip road came off and carried on.. then tommo realised we was missing a certain member.. MARTY missed the slip road and went for a more scenic route to london .. we pulled at services and waited for him which was great as we needed a good stretch anyway :) ... few mins later marty appeared then we waited for tommo as he popped to the garage.. then back on the road again.. nice steady drive all the way til we got to colchester and well.. that was fun!!!! there were more lanes for roads and roundabouts than you'd imagine and they were crap sign posted lol.. i managed to get in the rong lane and hold up other persons whilst i was tryin to get in a gap..
few moments on we got to west mersea and everyone got through bar me... i forgot to get bloomin cash out of the machine lol.. so went to go a annoy the locals for a bit.. got back to camp and set ourselves up.. here are some of the convoy pics...

tried to get a pic of Mr G drivin past but he went too quick for my camera lol

tents all set up and didnt take long for Mr G to get the bucket and sponge oh and or course his helmet! haha!

tommo then followed

and tony

here are pics or the cars on stand :)

mmm... really suited tony lol!

tom half with it after bein poluted by bryans supra... (was playin some real good music but the battery needed charge so needed to be runnin lol)

later on in the eve no matter what the topic mr G related it back to sh@% lol and the hog roast erm.. affected a few of the lads.. it was like a brass band..

earlier on in the day mr g made a friend, a guy from south end with the most recognisable? voice.. and mr g was just warmin up the skyline lettin a few pops and the happy police (kids bein security) said.. \"excuse me, was that you making them really cool sounds?\" \" would you mind not doin it agian tho as the farmer is only up the road\" lol..
File Attachment:

dan came over and was bigging up his lil micra and the ribenas got to him.. for a lad who was 17 and on L plates he was adiment that he was going to whoop tommos ass at shakeys and then MR G's but to then also do mr g from behind :S in this micra..
the micra boys next door had a kareokee machine and marty came round to us and was in tears... dan was erm.. singing? lol \"hey mickey\" \"candy shop\" and tommos selection \"its raining men\" he was off his trolly!

but it would have been more pleasurable listening to a cat scream....bless him..
dan came back over to the us and decided to tell us he wanted to go \"fanny hunting\"!!! he needs a REAL FIT bird to sort him out.. we where in hysterics! what a word!! lol

soon after he went to bed and we soon did too...
earlier on in the mornin few of the guys were woken up by dan.. he wasnt very well..
it was every where! nice touch lol..

saturday as again a real good day, weather was fantastic and we went for a good mooch around to see what was about.. took a few pics of other cars on club stands that were nice and impressive..
HKS type R

prodrive scooby

honda NSX off funky power stand

skyline off funky power

nice tidy del sol

nice GT4 with a low spoiler :) made tonys day :)

my favourite of the weekend ...
supercharged jordan :)

the beach was pretty cool.. had the odd tyre here and there lol.. but the ultimate finale was the firework display that night! was fantastic.. and the fireworks went along with the songs that were playin.. no pics tho as phone was dead by then but marty and soop dragon got a a few good pics :)

so thansk to all those that came! this was by far the best show this season!!!! not just cos the weather was good but the atmosphere, the beach the fire works, the crazy hats, the HONKS the happy police and and just chattin crap to loads of random people!
was a good one guys!!!!!

first up cheers to everyone that turned up, was definitely worth the stress of convoys :D

what a fappin awesome weekender! those who didnt go missed out BIG time :D reckon it was the best of the year easily. first night was bed at 4:30am i think, up at 7:30am, last night was bed at 3am, up at 7:45am ish, knackered now but worth the burn and tiredness! shouts to cheryl for the pics, ikarushi-san for the kontraband jd and the goose honk, bryan for the witty banter, mart for the best sounding honda of the show, jerry for the general sexual inuendo side of things, andy g for being a legend as always, tony, tom, swiper and the legend and there respective backup crews....

shite loads of alcohol consumed, hundreds of sexual innuendos and smutty comments, mucho sunburn and finally i think we lost count of the long word game score, our vocabulary was imminently constistant, considering the perilous circumstances in which we instigated...

roll on 2009 :D

Thanks for a great time lads/lasses, was a bit shy about coming as i only have met a few of you on a small amount of occasions but it just shows the spirit of your club as after only an hour and a couple of beers i was totally relaxed and able to join in with all the banter etc.Yes there was friendly banter but never heard a single bit of bitching (how rare is that in a car club). The weekend had everything from informative chats with the older wiser lads (you know who you are), light hearted chats with numerous people, entertainment from the young wippa snapper and then of course the legend that is Mr Motivator who managed to cover just about everyone with head sweat which he collected throughout the day under his rubber helmet by detailing his car 12 times
Sorry i missed the fireworks on Saturday night but as you all know i had a leaving party for my daughter planned. looking forwards to Jap Finale though
Oh and thanks for the pictures cheryl, some great shots there B)

Your most welcome Tom....:) ......We just go to have a good time......it's a social thing.......the car's are secondary really........think as you say it helps us to stand apart from a lot of the other clubs, which often spiral down into petty bickering etc.........i know there is a lot of piss-taking ,but it is always light hearted and meant with great comaraderie.......:)

Excellent weekend, just a real shame nobody got some pictures or video of Cheryl doing her impressive pipe polishing act though.

Weather was excellent, company was excellent, just an all round good time. It's a shame we couldn't have rustled up a few more bodies though.

tom, everyone is always more than welcome, even if you do have to sit and listen to me waffling on about random shite in a beer induced onslaught of social colloquiallism. do i get a honk? thought so. the reason we are what we are is that we quite frankly dont give a shit. if a forum member is prepared to get out to even just one meet or show, there a friend. so, thanks again guys, tis a shame the regulars couldnt make it, but they cant help being boring  (hopes to christ they have a sense of humour)...

I'm really sorry to have missed yet another show. I was abroad but I was thinking of you guys boozing it all hours. I miss that. Sounds like you had a real blast and some late nights. I missed out on a good one.

Tony - where are you in the project, is she finished.
Jim / Tommo - When's the next show?
Tom - I've still got your magazines (car!!), hehe. Nice to see your new car. Has she had the transplant operation yet?

Hello to everyone in the club, hope you're all fit and well.

Stu.
