Jap n Crazy Xmas Do

Hey all, I know it's early but I wanted to get thoughts off everyone for our Xmas do!

We haven't had an official one for a few yrs so I have decided that 2011 is the yr to bring this little tradition back to life

Can I have opinions on:

VENUE
DAY/DATE
TYPE OF DO

I was thinking either a 3 course sit down @ a pub & then on to town for drinks & drunken foolery or we could hire a small function room & hav a party with buffet etc

If u could let me know I will do sum investigating into suitable venues etc and find out costs per person

Good idea nikki, i think a saturday will usually be good for all (please let us know if not) and around the second week in dec? Last 2 weeks of december are usually fully booked or expensive in past experience.

Pub > town is cool, function room could be very good though dependant on numbers?

Sounds like a plan! I'll go with the majority on the venue etc, although it depends on whether we can get a cheap enough place to stay!!

I'm in crimbo mode already, no such thing as dieting, eat and drink as much as you can.

We discussed the xmas do last night at the pub and the general consensus is this:

Saturday 10th December @ 7pm
Ashiana's Curry House in Stafford and then head into town for a few bevvys and a bit of bum shaking!!!

Can people please let me know asap if you can make it by adding your name to the list below - this will allow me to book the correct sized table!! If you have not added your name (or responded to the facebook event invite or the text i will send around) to the list by Friday 28th October I will assume you are not coming.

We will also be doing a secret santa - for those of you who dont know what that is - everyones names go in a pot, each person draws a name at random and you have to buy a present for that person wrap it and label it and it goes in a tub ready for the night of the christmas do - but dont put who its from - hence the secret part!!! That way everyone gets a prezzie and each person only has to buy one The limit will be £5 and the more novelty and daft the present the better the laughs will be!!!! I will sort this out once i have definate numbers for the actual do!

I will be putting a lot of effort into organising this with a few surprises on the night so before you put your name down can you please make sure that you can definately make it - come on peeps we need a good turn out for a fantastic Jap n Crazy Xmas Do!!!
