2004 Mk 4 Golf V5 Manual 170bhp model.
106k miles, MOT Feb 2014, taxed until the end of April.
16" VW Montreal alloy wheels with Goodyear F1 tyres and plenty of tread
Piper cross performance panel air filter
JVC CD DAB stereo with iPod/USB connectivity
VW Climatronic climate control
Cloth interior
Folder full of receipts documenting the 5 years of ownership we have had the car including MOTs and oil changes
Recent starter motor and new water pump
Cooling fans replaced in 2008 by VW dealer
Rolling road print out at 176bhp (see graph above)
Previous owner stated that car had been remapped, although had no documentation to prove this
Car has always been run on Shell V-Power and serviced with fully synthetic oil and VW parts
Only issues with the car is that the check engine light is on, the airbag light is on and the coolant needs topping up every month. Lights have been on for well over 2 years - the car drives fine and is used for 200 miles commuting to work each week without issues.
As said above, we have owned this car for 5 years and will be sad to see it go.
